Comfortable Stay with Great Dining Options

I appreciated the River Club Restaurant for its cozy atmosphere and delicious food. The State Street Bar & Grill offered a nice place to unwind. However, parking was challenging, and some amenities needed attention. For a smoother visit, consider arriving early to secure parking.

The staff were genuinely attentive. One elevator was working during my stay, which was frustrating. Convenient location near downtown attractions, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast offerings could improve.

The rooms were spacious which is good for families. They had a nice microwave and fridge for snacks. The breakfast buffet was a fantastic deal at only $10, and trust me, there was plenty of food for everyone to fill up.

The security guards were friendly and helpful during our stay, and the waitress at the restaurant provided fantastic service. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired with hair found in the shower and uncleaned spaces. I can't recommend this for future stays.

I absolutely loved the cozy feel of my King Leisure non-smoking room! The bed was pillowy soft, giving me the best sleep I've had in ages. Plus, having a Keurig coffee maker in the room meant I could start my mornings with fresh coffee right away!

The hotel has a great downtown location, making it convenient for activities and dining. However, there were several issues with cleanliness. the first room I checked into had an overflowing toilet and a strong odor, necessitating a switch to a second room. The helpful staff did their best to assist, and a nice touch was the home-made jams served during breakfast.
